I then called ******** to ask about to false accusations I was being accused of and the Executive Director, *******, and Staffing Coordinator, **** both stated that no phone call was ever made to the company on my behalf and that the statement that ***** (from Serenity Life) made was false. I received a text this morning stating that all of my shifts have been cancelled with the company and when I called and asked why I was told that the facility I was sent to, which was Lynridge Assisted Living and ************ called the company (Serenity ***************** and complained that I was a terrible worker, my attitude was bad, and that I was talking Ill on the company which none of those statements are true. I was told by ***** that my holiday pay would be added to my check and it was not.
***** stated that she added my holidays hours to the system but she never added the legit payment amount. My check which did not include the holiday pay was at $****** and the holiday pay added up to $606.00, so if I am correct it should have been ****** + $606.00 but my check was only $1,194.00. I worked both Christmas and Christmas Eve but my holiday pay was never given to me.
